"Absolutely the worst. DO NOT take your pet here. We took our puppy for light grooming and he left seriously injured. He got burned on his genitals, It’s been a few days since I called to let them know and I have yet to get a solution from them. I was told the owner would contact me and I’m still waiting. You can see a picture before from his previous grooming and he was just fine, the second picture shows his testicles all burned. What makes it worse is that they never cared to ask about his current condition. Please save yourself all the stress and don’t take your dog here. They just don’t care."

"We took our puppy for a light grooming and they gave him a clipper burn on his genital area. We realized when he came back home that it got really red and as the days passed it looked irritated and swollen. We called them looking for a solution from them as soon as we realized it was a clipper burn, and the receptionist told us the manager would reach out. Then this manager was asking things like “what do you expect from us” and that he doesn’t have the authority to give us a refund or to cover the vet charges for his treatment. So we asked to speak with the owner if that was the case and the manager said that they cannot provide his contact information and that they were unavailable to speak with us. We find this so disrespectful and truly a disappointment that they don’t care about the well being of a puppy. This burn could cause serious issues on his genital area and they simply don’t care. Also, they didn’t even tell us when we picked him up that they had an issue while doing his grooming. A little heads up and immediate resolution would’ve been appreciated too. We were a returning customer and sadly from now on we won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone."

"UPDATE- update Obi gave the doggy daycare another chance and this time he was much happier. He was exhausted by the end of the day. I do wish they had water play, or sent you a quick photo of your dog enjoying playtime or a chrwzilla to know they got it, but I’m much happier now.updated from 2 stars to 4 Obi had a great grooming with Stella.. Not too sure about the back area for doggy daycare. He was there for daycare trial and grooming. I couldn’t go see area. Which I understand for safety reasons, but it seemed like just partitioned off areas. I could hear him barking when I went in to pick him up. We were told we would get pictures which never came. I don’t think he had a good time ."
