"Today i went to buy a coffee & bagel & the server was very disrespectful when i ask her to put less coffe she fill it up to the lit & when i went to drink it got on me because she didnt put the lit tight & on right & also if they cannot speak to customer with respect they gey none back worse starbuck i been to ."
"Apparently I entered too close to closing. They were grumpy. As I'm diabetic, I ordered a Caramelo Macchiato sugar free. When I got home I had a major hot flash from an influx of sugar. I was not happy! I could have ended up in the hospital. So my experience was a little unique, but they must learn that sugar-free must be carefully fulfilled or we can go into a diabetic coma. It put me to sleep (coma?) IMHO, their coffee is bitter and I can't taste the Caramel. I wish Starbucks would make sugar-free Caramelo Macchiato to sell in grocery stores."
"Went there yesterday, ordered some banana breads, once served asked if they could be warmed up, the employee proceded to give me a lecture on what's the ordering process in the drive through, that they do not do that anymore, and that I have to let them know exactly what I want. I never had a problem like that in any other stores, he gave them back to us the same, didn't bother to warm them up. Nasty attitude."
"My husband and I enjoy a weekly Starbucks run in the evening for a good drink and this week Emma made our tradition an absolutely fantastic experience! My husband wanted to try out something new and she so kindly walked him through putting together the perfect drink! When we got up to the window she let us know we had enough stars to use on merchandise….AND that her truck had just left from delivering a big batch of the coveted holiday cups! She brought an armful up to the window while I contemplated which one would come home with me. We had a wonderful chat while she rang us up with a smile. Thank you Emma for you incredible attitude and above average customer service! I love my cup!"
"Okay. I am biased. This location is kinda of a local hangout as doesn’t have the traffic flow of a main road through town. There is a drive thru and it actually goes through the building. Kinda neat."
