IL Primo Pizza & Wings

"Put in an online order, but forgot to put a pick up time. I called immediately (within a couple seconds) to let them know that I wanted to pick it up at a later time. She told me it was already in the oven! I said it was physically impossible for you to get the order, make the pizzas and put them in the oven, but she would not, under any circumstances, change the order. She told I had to pick them up immediately."

"Came in today with 3 other families. The 2 girls who were working the counter were extremely rude! We eat at Il Primo at least once a week and the service just gets worse and worse! We ordered large pizza, medium order of wings, tenders & fries, drinks, ice cream and jalapeño poppers…with the jalapeño poppers it comes with ranch, my husband isn’t a fan of ranch and asked to substitute for blue cheese, the girl who took our order didn’t say it would be extra or anything, so we get our bill $78.61 and noticed we got charged for the blue cheese. I asked the girl hey did we substitute the ranch for the blue cheese and she in a rude manner goes WE DONT SUBSTITUTE ANYTHING! Ok no worries….so we are waiting for about 15 minutes and our pizza comes out, then our wings that they just squirted mild sauce when we asked for medium, I went back up there to ask if they could toss the wings in medium sauce and they just squirted medium sauce and wouldn’t toss them unless I asked. Rolled her eyes and then tossed them. If I am spending almost $80 on lunch, toss the wings and substitute the blue cheese for the ranch. We will not be returning! Both of the girls working there wouldn’t put their phones down…it was like they were annoyed people where in there."

"This is my favorite I’ll primo! Food is always consistent and after many years of coming here I can’t say I have had any negative experiences…but lately the dining room is super clean and well maintained better than it used to be. It’s the best I’ve ever seen it in years! The young lady that takes my order is always polite and professional. Big asset to the company. She always seems to be keeping busy. Keep up the good work!"

"I didn’t get to order my food I was the first customer of the day I was waiting and waiting I asked the girl at the front to take my order and she ignored me. I tried calling back to the guy making food to see if anyone could help me and I was ignored by both. I asked the girl folding boxes if she can take my order and she basically said some one else should do it. Poor customer service and it hurt to be ignored like that. Update I went back to try to explain to staff why what happened was wrong and not even a sorry or anything rude and sassy for no reason. You say hello to your customers and not sarcastically say have a “good day”. I have no Choice but to order food from here as I made a promise to someone but if I didn’t I would have left without any patronage"

"We normally dine in, and its always a good experience. From friendly staff to good clean experience. The food is always hot and fresh. Personally I like there wings and my kids like the pizza. We got food to go today and it was just as good. The on-line ordering was easy, check out was a little touchie. The order was ready as soon as we arrived, and was still hot when we got home. order was: pepperoni and bacon pizza, chicken fingers, basco Stix cheese filled, and buffalo garlic extra crispy wings."
