"So many groomers do not pick up the phone or have you text them for their service like if they don't want to be bothered. Well Nana's Spaw was the only groomer that picked up the phone today and gave me courteous and prompt service. Basic customer service is a lost art in today's busy world. It was my pet's birthday and wanted to give him a special day and get him groomed and bathed. They made room from their busy day to give my pet this treat. Thank you so much for being so attentive and icing on the cake, the best hair cut any of my pets have ever had. Thanks again. Nana's Spaw!!!"
