"Legit Company, but Lack of Detailed Information I initially had about doubt of purchasing a puppy online, doubting the legitimacy of the company. However, I soon realized that this company is genuine and trustworthy. They are helpful in guiding you towards selecting the right puppy for you. One area of improvement for this company is the provision of detailed information. Patience is required once you've selected your puppy, as it can take around a month for you to receive them. I opted to pick up my puppy from the airport, and it's important to note that there are additional fees involved, including airport and custom fees. If you don't have a customs broker, you'll have to handle those fees you will fill out the paperworks yourself At the airport. If they provide a person to take care of all that, I recommend you opt into it to safe you hassle. The micro puppy I received is absolutely adorable, and my kids adore her. However, the only disappointing aspect of my experience was never receiving the final contract of release and information on the one-year guarantee. Despite being promised this information, it never arrived. Overall, while there were some hiccups in terms of detailed information and final documentation, the company is indeed legitimate, and the puppy I received is perfect. With a little more attention to the finer details, this company could provide an even better customer experience."

"I was devastated when I lost my little dog of over 16 years so I started researching where to find a micro teacup as I’m used to having Boo with me everywhere I went. I settled on My Puppy Therapy after talking to Channell and later Michelle. Both of them listened to what I was looking for and the most important things I was looking for in a puppy. Channell called me just before Christmas with a possibility and when I saw Nova, now Mouse, I knew she was The One. She was spunky and looked to be able to handle herself with other animals as we have a few rescues. I was right, she and Ziggie (my rescue kitten) are already playing together and she’s holding her own. She and I are bonding and I couldn’t be more happy. If you are looking for a special puppy, I highly recommend My Puppy Therapy, I’d give them 10 stars if I could. They will help make your puppy dreams come true! Mouse and I Thank You from the bottom of our hearts! I will add that there were a few areas that could be smoother, I have requested a picture of Mouse’s Sire and Dame since the beginning of January and have yet to receive it as well as her birth weight. The puppy package didn’t come in time and was IMO definitely not worth $375.00 and most of the items seemed like more of an afterthought as they are quite large for a micro teacups size and all came from Amazon, had I known this I’d have passed and saved myself not only money but certainly items I’ll never be able to use with no way to return them. I was never told there would be an additional charge from Customs and that should definitely have been laid out as an additional cost. Mouse was also chipped and had I not noticed this due to reading all the paperwork yesterday after getting home, she’d have been chipped twice. I was told I’d get a link to put my information update in and I hope I’ll get that information as promised. I hope that these things will become streamlined for future clients as it would make things Much easier for them. This doesn’t change how thankful we are to have found My Puppy Therapy and I’ve already had people ask me how to get a small puppy for themselves, I will be giving them the info as in the end they are legit and I have a very special little sweetheart thanks to them!"

Michelle was a tremendous help in choosing our puppy, organizing our adoption of Aliyah (nicknamed Allie) and teaching us things we should know about our care. "My puppy was delivered to me last night by the puppy therapy nanny. Everything went very smoothly and Scooter arrived right on time. The nanny was terrific and made the transition very comfortable. My experience with puppy therapy was everything and more than I had hoped for. Scooter is perfect and I absolutely love him. Chanel and Michelle were both terrific and were always available to answer my questions and concerns. I would recommend puppy therapy to anyone wanting to add a new member to their family."

"Absolutely wonderful experience with Michelle and her team. We purchased our maltipoo from Puppy Therapy as me and my family had been entertaining the idea of adding another dog to the family but knew it had to be a very special one with a very specific look. With all the scams out there it can be scary to buy online. They made sure to listen to all my concerns and questions and were always very prompt with responding to any questions I had. I also loved that they were extremely knowledgeable about the breeds. We never felt pressured to buy, and they took their time with us.
