"I transferred a script from Walgreens to CVS because they accept Good Rx and their price was lower than Walgreens. I go to the drive up because I’m handicapped and have difficulty walking. After waiting for 15 minutes I drove up and was met by an obviously disgruntled clerk. I presented the Good Rx coupon and he mumbled I’d have to go into the store to get the discount. He had no concern about my disability. Desperate for the script I paid way too much to CVS. Next time I read bad reviews about a place, I’ll believe them."

"I've had great experiences at this CVS store and have visited several times. The manager is nice and gave me directions when asked. They have a great selection of items, and good deals in their ads. I've found items that I was looking for, in stock. Cashiers are friendly too. So far, so good. I'm still exploring this location."

"Ordered a rx on website, received confirmation email that the rx expired and they would contact dr. Even gave me a pickup time and date. When I checked website for progress there was no record of rx. Called store, no record. Said they would take care of it. We'll see!"

"This place is a joke! When I visited the store on Monday at around 4 PM, I was told that their computer systems were down, and to come back later. So I came back later and dropped off my prescriptions. I returned that evening only to find out that their systems were down again and the prescription would be ready on Tuesday. So I called at 9 AM to check on the status of the order. They said it wasn't ready and should be ready by noon and that they would notify me when it was ready. Well I had been treating my cold symptoms with some homeopathic remedies and the symptoms had settled down so I didn't bother following up when I didn't hear from them all day. The next day, however, I woke up with a crushing migraine, and called to check on the status of the order only to be told that I wasn't even in the system. To add insult to injury, the staff is snooty and condescending. This place needs to be completely overhauled."
