"I always find what I need. I used to used their grooming services however a few bad times I stop. But I do like that the store is super clean. Friendly staff. It's cool to see dogs and their owners there. And I always find what I am looking for."
"If I could give the grooming salon negative stars, I would. Beware! Do not take your dogs to the grooming salon. They canceled my appointment multiple times and then they charged me $200 for a regular haircut and bath!! Some charges were totally bogus. The staff is rude. The manager, Carmen, and Melissa are ill manner and rude to customers."
"One star because my dog was clean.naiils were clipped, and Keosha was nice , my dog's appointment was supposed to be 3-4 hours, I Paid extra for Chi shampoo and for my pet to be pampered. Well Keosha was done within the hour and she said my dog was too matted and just shaved her down, I paid $95. Keosha also said my dog was not a mini schnauzer and I should be thankful for a discount. My dog is a mini schnauzer and she's over weigh. Not happy with paying $95 for my dog to be shaved, won't be going back. Lazy groomer, she could have done way better."
"We were deeply attached to Aspen, a Siamese mix cat, who we intended to adopt. Our intention was to do something good since we don't have a cat problem in our home country, where every cat has an owner. We fought hard for Aspen to come to us, as he is a Siamese kitten recommended only for experienced cat owners, not suitable for children. Unfortunately, we were not able to adopt him. He was given to another family for Christmas (animals should not be given as gifts!). Residents in America are given preferential treatment, which perpetuates the problem of stray cats in your country. With us you would have one less problem as we would simply adopt it ourselves and import it into the country. We don't have such problems in Switzerland. We were told that as foreigners, we were not eligible (discrimination) to adopt him. We believed he would have the best life in Switzerland, experiencing snow, as cats are highly valued over dogs there. We are extremely disappointed with the unprofessional handling of the situation. The Foster Megan never even looked at us as a family (really incompetent) the decision was solely based on our address and a form. (We live also in American but we move for few months to switzerland) We genuinely hope that the family keeps Aspen and doesn't abandon him. Goodbye, Aspen, and best of luck with your new family and the children. Our eyes on shelter are different now. The cats dying in there. Ps: Megan (Foster) hope you make the right decision! And how many came back? Never ever again! Now i gonna buy the same cat in switzerland"
"Ive been shopping here for years since I was able to purchase my own food. It is always clean and well organized. The staff is always attentive and doing their best to assist the customers as well as possible. Julian was my cashier today, his genuine attitude and amazing work ethic made my day/shopping experience so much more pleasant. He deserves a raise!!"
