"I have had 2 bad experiences at this location. Sara was very very rude when I asked for my cinnamon that I ordered to top my coffee , she not only was unfriendly , and rude she dumped the whole cinnamon bottle in my cup....."

"My girlfriend and my handicap daughter visited this location yesterday around 4PM they waited over 15 minutes to place the order just get ignored the young blond girl and the older lady too, the both ignored them, second the place the floor was really dirty and sticky!!! My daughter has problems with walking; because of her disabilities!!! Extremely bed service and extremely ditty place too!!!"

"This is my first complaint EVER on Starbucks I go to Starbucks at least every other day…the lack of responsibility of management here just saddens me. Gentlemen serving me at drive through was great-polite. When handing me my drink I realized if was not full…I did not ask for another or refund just to simply speak with manger so he/she could make the correction with staff…According to the gentleman at the window the manager is the one who made the drink and had no interest in speaking with myself. Truly hope management sets a better example for staff next time someone ask to speak with management regardless of who at fault. Be a better manger and maybe additional training is needed??"

"Terrible Experience! I bought a Trenta Refresher & Bacon Gouda Sandwich. Decided to add a Red Velvet Loaf and LUCKILY did not eat it. The cake is EXPIRED! (25-OCT-2022) Today is the 02 of February 2023! Very Disappointed!"
