Sam's Club

"Advertised king crab at 2 pounds for $68. When I got there at 9, I was told that they don't open the seafood counter til 10:30, even though there were two women standing there getting the signage posted. Then, they post the king crab at $39. Per pound. Still a good price but double what they had advertised. I'm glad that I pay an annual fee to shop there.....SMH. I won't renew."

"I like shopping at Sam’s club the employees are nice the place is clean but Me and my wife had a very bad experience at the cafe we ordered hot dogs plus drinks, I go to the soda fountains and the drinks are empty not working and no ice tea . Then I go To the counter four relish and ketchup, there is none empty. At this point, I alert an employee at the deli they said they’ll be right there by the time the employee fill up the fountains my hotdog is cold, and I still didn’t get relish or ketchup. This was a very sad day at Sam’s Club. I was not happy with the environment at the spending my money just to enjoy and hotdog and soda not good."

"Dropped off my dogs heart worm prescription & was told they would text me when it was ready. They said 20 minutes. I did not need to shop but did some shopping until I got the text. When I wanted to pay they said they weren’t ready yet. I said you are kidding me. I got the text. There was no one waiting. Immediately the woman pharmacist started saying I was a hostile customer & she was calling the manager to escort me out. I went to find the manager myself & called my husband. The pharmacy gave me my paperwork with no Rx. I was told that the pharmacy are talking to Dr offices & are busy even when no one is waiting. I drove 20 minutes to get to the store & shopped for 20 minutes while waiting for the Rx. Why did I get the message that the heart guard was ready. ?? We have been members of Sam’s club for many years & have never been treated so poorly. The two managers were nice. The pharmacist was a different nationality."

"This is a great Sam's club. Always clean inside and the staff is always helpful and happy. (When I go there) My only complaint is the AT@T kiosk people... they are pushy and most people I know get very annoyed by it. We see the stand with the phones... no need to stop every member. But hey, that's just my opinion."

"This club is always fully stocked, great produce, highly recommend the George’s Farm chicken and all vegetables and fruit are top notch! Their spice section is also off the charts! Great customer service as well!"
