"CVS has a great staff working at this location in Venice on Jacaranda. They offer exceptional customer service every visit. It’s a busy pharmacy but they get the customers taken care of in a reasonable time. Kaylee was at the pickup counter on my last visit and she was a true expert at providing excellent customer service. She was pleasant to work with and very helpful in answering my question. I’m glad I switched pharmacys recently, CVS is the best!"

"Out of my medication for a month. Keep telling me to call back Tuesday then I wait on hold for 20 mins on Tuesday to speak to somebody. Gonna find a local pharmacy and stop bothering with these chains that don’t care about their customers."

"The Pharmacists here are a JOKE!!! Just went today with my dad to pick up Ibuprofen prescribed by his doctor for years. He's also on an anticoagulant for years. All his doctors are aware of this, and he's had them both filled by CVS multiple times. All of a sudden, today, the pharmacist won't fill it because she can "lose her license" and "has to protect her family" and all of these other ridiculous claims to make herself feel/sound important. She would rather argue than just get on the phone and verify it with the doctors office. Watch out!!!! Pharmacists on a power trip!!! Don't go here. Funny thing is she didn't realize the young girl sitting next to my dad is a prescriber and can see through all her drama. I will be calling cooperate tomorrow to discuss this with the medical director."
