"I came to your store on the Bypass in Venice, Fl at 10:30 AM on Wed 2-7-24. There was Not another customer in the store and the Clerk (Shannon) looked up at me and Never said a word. I looked for a particular item which I did not see so I asked her if she had what I was looking for. She took me over pointed to several items and said this is what we have. I asked a couple questions which she did not know the answers. Sooooo I said OK I'll take this one. She took the item rung it up and said $8.01. Someone in this store needs to TRAIN employees how to use the words, Hello, Please, Thanks and any others that might indicate you really are interested in customers. This was the 2nd and Last time I will shop Pet Super Market."
"Always a good selection of fish and very healthy live plants. Staff seemed fairly knowledgeable; she sure was a pro at netting our fish! Edit 8/5/23: Just purely by chance and very oddly, these two pictured fish have ended up as a breeding pair! I cannot wait to see the beautiful babies they will produce!"
