Walgreens

"An absolutely awful pharmacy. I just had back surgery. My Dr put in some prescriptions for pain . The Dr changed my pain med from one to a different, stronger one. The Dr did the same with regard to a muscle relaxer. The pharmacy was out of the pain med and didn't know when they would get any in.a different Walgreens had the medication. I asked if they could either transfer the script or get the medication from the other pharmacy. I was told this was not allowed as the medication was for a controlled substance. After much research all sources said they could transfer the script or get the med from the other pharmacy Walgreens. Basically they just lied I'm not sure why. Perhaps they are just lazy. Really an awful experience. With regard to the muscle relaxer they just failed to mention anything about it. Now they want documentation from the doctor stating I was told to stop the previous medication. Crazy. Makes no sense. Of course I was told to stop one and start the other. This is absolutely crazy. Now I have to call the Dr and get a ?????? Not sure what. I suppose a statement from the Dr. Why didn't this apply to the pain meds??? An awful pharmacy run by complete idiots. Stay away from this place. Go to the Walgreens on 41 and center road. Night and day experience. One Walgreens is Great the other absolutely sucks."

"I purchased 2 Hallmark cards that were $2.50 a piece, but 2 for $4.00. The cashier rang my 2 cards up as $5.00, $2.50 a piece. I told her that the sign on the card stand said 2 for $4.00. She said she wasn't aware of that and she would bring it up to the Hallmark salesman the next time he was in the store. Really? You can't go and check the sign or ask a manager? It was only a dollar so I just let it go, but JC, do your job! She's the older slim one with the long light brown hair that acts folksy with the customers. Beware!"

"Awesome service in the pharmacy needed a prescription filled in an emergency circumstance I am out of town from my local Walgreens they had my prescription filled in under 10 minutes I really appreciate the help. Thank you thank you thank you"

"The pharmacy is terrible! It took a day, 24 hours, to fill a few prescriptions? Replace them with people that move with a sense of urgency! How about just step it up a little? Horrible horrible pharmacy!"

"Replace pharmacy attendant! Covid medicine prescription called in to a different Walgreens, but out of stock when we arrived. We were told this pharmacy likely to have in stock. After explaining and giving name, the pharmacy clerk told us we needed to have a prescription, go back to medical provider to get one! - without even checking for a record. I had to direct her TWICE to check the computer for prescription record! Lo and behold, there it was. Very poor professional conduct and customer interaction."
