"Adopted a Maltese rescue that never had people contact, nevertheless grooming. She is afraid to get close to anyone...we weren't sure how she would do and if any groomer was even willing to try! Roxanne was the answer to our prayers. She not only understood our dilemma, but was more than willing to help our lil girl get her first official grooming.... she took her time and did a "Great" job...Emmie looked like a new pup. My husband didn't recognize her when he picked her up. She was happy, not frightened or shy and it was amazing how much Roxanne was able to do with her!!! It's so rare to find a caring groomer, one you can trust and is experienced and skilled to boot! We highly recommend Roxanne and the very friendly caring staff there.
