"Not only did they have what I was looking for they waited for me too! It was Saturday and I got hung up in traffic fearful I wasn't going to make it before they closed and my poor dog would be left to suffer until Monday, I called to see how much time I had. I told the lady where I was and omg! She said no worries I got you and will wait for you!! I'm happy to say I actually made it there with 5 mins to spare before they closed. Still who likes the customer who holds you up after a days work cutting into your own private personal time?? I was calmly greeted with a warm friendly smile, as she handed me what I came for. Asked if I needed to get anything else or had any questions didn't make me feel rushed, though I didn't take any more time than necessary in paying. Great experience."
