"Delivery from the store is a joke. Delivery drivers have delivered my items to the wrong location, or not even delivered them at all and brought them back to the store without a phone call to let me know. Rescheduled deliveries also do not come at the expected time (or at all), and I end up having to go pick up my order. They at least give me store credit to make up for the loss in delivery fee. Curbside is not much better. I get the notification that my order is ready, and it takes over 30 mins from my arrival to the time my order is brought out. It is very frustrating to pay for a membership AND a delivery fee and then have to use my time and gas to pick up the order anyway. Shopping in store is fine. But I run my business's account and utilize the delivery services for work-related needs. Very disappointed that this is a normal issue for me."
"I've been a regular at our local Sam's Club for a while now, and I have to say, it's a great place for bulk shopping. "I took my wife’s van in to have the tire pressure sensors replaced. The automotive staff was very helpful with making the best decision and informing me of all my options. On top of that, when they replaced the sensors they noticed that the wheels had been balanced incorrectly (done by Mavis in Wimauma) They rebalanced all the wheels, and didn’t even change me anything extra When I asked if I could pay for the extra care, they said that is what it looks like to take care of the customer. Well, they have earned a faithful customer from now on! Great team, and awesome customer service!"
"Sam’s Riverview is located on the corner of Big Bend and 301. The club has ample parking. Sam’s Club is a good value for the membership. You can find clothes, snacks, jewelry, electronics, toys, produce, bread products, meats, drinks, etc in the store. The portions or sizes are usually dig, the value is to get these bulk offers at a discounted price and the savings will be thereafter. I have been a member of Sam’s since 2012 and I enjoy being one of their members."
