"They called me one hour before my dog’s grooming appointment to let me know that the won’t be doing his grooming . They said they were lighter staff & because my dog is a furrier breed that they’re bumping him out of his appointment for dogs that would be less hairy and easier work for them. The GM then got on the phone with a take it or leave it attitude. I can’t believe this kind of service is taking place here in south Tampa! If you have a fluffier dog don’t book here. They will mess up your whole schedule because they pick and choose which dogs to groom or not."
