Central Bark Tampa

"Our girl, Sadie (3 yr old golden retriever) loves her time at Central Bark - she goes every day for several hours of "doggie day care" to socialize. The staff is wonderful. Sadie loves the enrichments we add on - puzzles, agility course, etc. Highly recommend."

"I liked bringing my dog to Central Bark the first couple of times for grooming (nail trim and teeth cleaning) as it is a hassle to do this at home. The only reason for the three star review and not higher is because of the visit this morning. I scheduled a 9 a.m. visit and I got there a few minutes before. No one ever came to the receptionist desk and I waited on the couch for almost 25 minutes before deciding to leave. Usually the door is locked and you have to be buzzed in. This time, the door was unlocked and I walked right in with my dog. I whistled a few times just so someone in the back could hear me at the desk. I could hear the staff washing another dog in the back which is fine. But then they closed the door completely and they couldn't hear anything in the front. I don't like preparing for appointments and then waiting that long (20 minutes past appointment time). Usually the appointments only last 10 minutes or so. They did call me back and leave a VM around 9:40 a.m. but by then I was already back at home. It's a shame because I really liked this place but I don't enjoy having my time wasted. UPDATE: I gave a three star yesterday but after Central Bark reached out again, I was able to re-schedule for the next day and bring my dog back for his grooming appointment. I appreciate their generosity and accommodation."

"SIMPLY ALL AROUND AMAZING. We cannot say enough good things about Central Bark! We have had several of our foster dogs attend Daycare at Central Bark in order to help with socialization, not only with dogs outside of their foster homes, but with people as well. Peyton's staff is friendly, compassionate, and enthusiastic in their approach. They are honest and accurate in their assessments of the dogs, because let's keep in mind, not every dog is a daycare dog. Their honesty about this fact is top notch and dead on! We have a long term foster that has ongoing stomach issues. They are aware and make sure that she only gets the food she is permitted to have and even do her enrichment with her special food, taking the time to ball up her wet food so she can continue to benefit from puzzles, etc. without upsetting her stomach. We appreciate all they have done and continue to do for our dogs. Our dogs love their time at Central Bark and we love Central Bark for always welcoming our dogs and for loving them as much as we do!"
