"I stopped in from out of town. First time experience and it was wonderful. I was greeted by a young lady named Brittany. Who was super sweet and helpful throughout the whole process and showing me around the store for everything I needed and my puppy wanted. Even taught me a few things to help better my dogs health. I highly recommend. I will be back for dog grooming and they have dental cleanings too that we might try Amazing!"

"The worst experience ever. I had an appointment for my dog to be groomed and I even had to give him meds to calm him down the night before and morning of my appointment. I presented my rabies vaccine shot certificate and the person there said that couldn’t do the appointment because my certificate expired. She was totally wrong and didn’t know to read my certificate and said they couldn’t groom my dog because of it. It was totally her fault and was not accommodating at all, they wanted to reschedule me for a week later. I even called my vet to confirm over the phone while in the shop that they were totally wrong. They need to train their staff better. I will never recommend them for anything."

"Beautiful store, very nice friendly owner, huge assortment of quality food - treats- toys. Even doggy ice cream in the freezer. Very nice area, the store is in the same street as many pet-friendly restaurants with patio/outside dining. Great to combine a visit to the store with a lunch or dinner on the patio with the pooch ;)"
