"I and my girlfriend are very upset with my dogs haircut. We was very specific on what we don’t want and got just that, not only verbally but also with visual imagery. The groomer said she understood but went ahead and cut him how we said not to. The owner has been extremely rude to my girlfriend. It seems this grooming store is more bothered about ratings to gain customers rather than to do a good job and meet expectations. With every apology received we have also received an excuse. I understand mistakes happen but from a 4.7 star groomer who is supposedly the best groomer in Florida such a big mistake should not have happened in the first place. Offering a grooming service for free of charge to rectify this mistake when his fur has been cut extremely short is not an adequate response, especially when this came with the ask of asking my girlfriend to delete her review. Please be wary if you have a Pomeranian and decide to go here."
