"This ice cream spot serves up generous and delicious portions, although they might be a bit on the larger side. The wait is worth it as they prepare your ice cream freshly, adding to the experience. The staff is friendly, creating a fun atmosphere that enhances your visit."

"When we arrived in line until we received our order of 2 banana splits was 35 minutes. At the window 3 teenage kids working and waited until we were at the window to actually start the 2 banana splits. They were all going back and forth from the back of the store and didn’t seem to be in much of a hurry to help The customers Asked the male teenager how long should it take to get ice cream and asked to speak to manager and he said she doesn’t work on site and we can’t help it that it takes so long. The manager would be there this Thursday and could not give out her number as she has asked that they don’t give out her information and there is no way to reach a manager. That’s just the way it is. Disappointing to say the least. Won’t be back but I guess that won’t matter as twistee treat does not even respond to REVIEWS on Google or yelp. Doubt I will hear from anyone."

"I've been going here for a few months to enjoy an ice cream cone every once in a while. They are pretty good and also a decent value. Today I decided to try the cheesecake Graham cracker ice cream bowl thing and I was unfortunately disappointed. It did not have any chunks of cheesecake in it nor did it taste like cheesecake. The Graham cracker crumbles were more like a powder and did not taste like a Graham cracker either. I don't know if their other bowls are like this as well, but I do hope they improve the cheesecake bowl. I will probably still continue to try other things from the menu and at least go back regularly for cones. I still recommend the place in general."

"Had this for the first time ever while on vacation from MI. We don’t have these back home. I got the pistachio in a waffle cone and my BF got the pineapple sundae. Both were very yummy. Thank you!"

"This is my first visit. I usually like Dairy Queen but there weren't any near. Twistee Treat is right off the highway very visible and very easy to get to. The banana split tasted as good as it looks. It was exactly as expected. I got their right before they closed at 10pm and service was still quick and all the items were still available."
