"I stopped by Dan's discount feed to purchase some corn. The employees were very welcoming. I purchased my bag of feed at the counter and then pulled around back where they loaded it immediately. Dan's is very clean and well organized, with prompt, friendly service."

"If 0 stars was an option this place would get negative stars.Every time I go pick up hay from this guy the operators of the equipment have damaged my truck on top of the damage they caused to my truck box but they just drop the 1000 lb bale in the bed of my truck. I do not know if they are unclear on how gravity works or if they just don't care. When i spoke to Dan on the phone I was told to bring it back for a refund and never come back. Very unprofessional. I will be avoiding this place for any further needs my horses may have."

"I’ve lived in Umatilla for 60 years now and I just had to say that Dan and the folks that work for Dan at Dan’s discount feed are really top notch, very knowledge, and just wonderful people. Plus they really care about animals. We... well my Granddaughter actually, recently adopted a mama cat and three special-needs kittens. The mother cat was a basically a small emaciated kitten herself and all three kittens appear to have cerebellar hypoplasia, a condition where their cerebellum didn’t form correctly and while being health and happy, they just don’t have much balance and seem drunk when they walk. One is almost normal, one seems pretty drunk when walking, and one can hardly walk at all but is probably the most active of the bunch, kind of crawling/rolling everywhere she goes. All three can climb, are very alert, and are fine in every way, other than the walking. We found them at 3 weeks and they are at 5 weeks now at the point if this review. The folks at Dan’s gave us great advise, set us up with what we needed and generally were so happy to want to talk and explain things, it’s really great to deal with people like that! They really have made a difference. These are truly the folks I want to deal with when I don’t know something... kind, caring, and knowledgeable. I needed some more formula today... Sunday by the way and Dan’s is open... and decided to leave this review. Thank you Dan Kerr and Staff!"
