"Love the lady in the deli ...she makes you smile. UPDATE: Winn-Dixie is getting quite pricey, meats are over-priced compare to other supermarket l been to, Deli is getting pricey too.. is a shame since is the closest to me..l would not do a full cart of groceries..l rather just keep visiting the Deli, one or 2 items, and go elsewhere where l could get good value.."

"Customer service in this place sucks. I go in there this morning around 8:00 and there's one person on the floor cleaning up salsa. One person at the Express checkout and there's a line of people. No one else is coming out to help. After waiting in line for 15 minutes. Some man walks out of the office with a little girl I don't know if he was the manager. Immediately goes to the next person in the line and skips over me. Did not say nothing to the cashier there. Because obviously she's just doing her job. However they have no survey or no way to give any feedback and they have no sense of urgency and no customer service. If you seen me sitting there in line and you overlooked me and took the next person in line that's pure unprofessionalism."

"First time in a Winn-Dixie. Prices seemed reasonable but not as much to choose from compared to other grocery stores. A little out of my way but was in the area that day. Cashier was very friendly!!"

"This Winn Dixie has gotten significantly worse in regards to sale product availability, friendliness and length of lines to check out. I don't know if this is due to employee shortages or new management. I happened to visit the location across town on 54 east and it was noticeably cleaner, friendlier and they had every sale item available. The line also was much shorter with check out being fast and more efficient. This Winn Dixie is much closer to my home but after visiting the one on 54 east I think it's worth the trip to do my shopping there. Update: I wish I had better news to share but unfortunately the Winn Dixie on 54 West has gotten worse. Much worse. In addition to the business issues mentioned in my original review we now have what I consider to be a serious food quality concern. During their buy one/get one free sale a few weeks ago I purchased the 3 lb bag of Gala apples and received a 3 lb bag for free. 1/3 of the apples in both bags were filled with the most vile and putrefying rot I've ever seen. It was so gross in fact that it renderd me completely unable to even entertain the thought of eating the non rotted 2/3 two-thirds that remained in each bag. I didn't know if this was an isolated incidence however and I tried one more time to purchase produce at the 54 West Winn Dixie and again I purchased that weeks buy one/get one free fruit option which were blueberries. Both containers were 90% rotted and thrown in the trash with a promise to myself to never buy fresh fruit or vegetables from them again. If it's buy one/get one free and they haven't marked up the original selling price of the "buy" item like they so often do.. I'd be suspect if I were you."
