"Stopped in tonight for a late dinner since we had to work late. Went through the drive thru. Our order was taken promptly at the speaker but then we waited over 10 minutes to get to the window , there was only 1 car I front of us. At the window we waited almost 15 minutes before we were given a bag of food. Upon checking, a sandwich was missing. Pulled around front and went in to get said sandwich, this took another 15 minutes. Staff was throwing things, giving attitude and being pissy about having to redo the order. Once the order was given back, with the items that had been paid for, back out to the car, we went where BOTH sandwiches, fries and mac & cheese bites were cold. Very disappointed in this Zephyrhills Arby’s. We will not be stopping by for a good while, which saddens me as I would choose a roast beef sandwich over a burger any day. But I see more burgers in my future for a while. DO BETTER ARBY’S STAFFERS"

"Good as usual about 97% of the time. I usually get a Beef n Cheddar, 5 Chicken Strips and 4 motts sticks. Just hate how expensive they have gotten over the years, HOWEVER, I have been using their online ordering/pick up because the deals they have (coupon wise) usually end up saving me a good amount."

"Had the good burger 2 meal. Did not regret it. I hate tomato's on a burger but had to try it how it was intended tomato and all. Delicious! And the strawberry shake with it was like stepping into a good burger. My only complaint is no one said "welcome to good burger home or the good burgers..." I'm sure there's a legal reason for that though."

"My husband and myself came into this location and ordered inside, when they gave us our cups to fill up we walked to the fountain and there was green and black mold growing from the top of the machine. The station was nasty, you could tell the ketchup pumps haven’t been cleaned in a while. It was really just disgusting. I love eating here but I can’t bring myself to come back"
