"Sent me a Cheese Quesadilla with no cheese, just sent a quesadilla shell. NOTHING in it. Ordered it online with Uber and I ordered the combo which was a chicken quesadilla & I asked to make it cheese only. I would have contacted the customer before I would have just sent an empty wrap/ shell. Terrible customer service, I am done with Taco Bell. A waste of $16.00, I could have order a package of wraps/shells from Publix for $5.00. No one uses common sense this days."

"Not exactly your choice for a family outing small portions You have to order a dozen tacos to almost fill up 2 people no way Staff acted like we where bothering them & to see the way everything was assembled it wasn't busy at all just slopped together I think I'd rather make it at home much cheaper & tastes better"

"After my third bad experience I won’t be back to this location. The one in Homosassa is on point in every way. This one steals money by rounding up even when you say no. Kept my debit card in their machine when I went through the drive thru and even charged someone else’s order on my card! I had to call them to see if my debit card was left there. They said yes, but never mentioned that they paid for someone else’s food with my card when I confronted them about this they said “oh sorry yeah, we already refunded it so should be back on there within 7 to 10 business days.” They always get the order wrong, I ask for no onions I get extra onions.Their chips taste like straight grease. They give me two orders of fiesta potatoes with NO SILVERWARE, yet a stack of napkins and sauce for two burritos that I won’t eat because they have onions. They are rude, make you repeat yourself three or four times over the intercom, but they never ever forget to ask you to round up. They don’t smile or greet you at the window and practically throw your food in your lap. Idk if it’s the management or if I’m just unlucky enough to deal with the bottom of the barrel employees every time i go. I ain’t going back til I hear they’ve done some serious training."

"Their coffee machine was broken, and it seems that the prices at this taco bell are higher than other taco bell’s i have been to. However, they offered me a replacement drink instead of the coffee or a full refund. Otherwise, the quality of the food is good, their service is great, and the restaurant is clean and modern."

"The people were awesome and food was better. But prices here are easily 3$ more almost per item over clear water. But staff had there shift on lock great job though ."
