"What happened to this place!? Easily used to be the best place to get your hay and now it’s a nightmare. The whole procedure for picking out, paying and loading has changed and become insanely inefficient and almost unbearable. The cashier lady, who is the only person of value now, had to come and struggle to load my order today because whoever was supposed to be there called in and the other person was nowhere to be found. There was old hay rotting all over the parking lot causing it to smell like a pigpen. New management is doing a bang up job… they still have the best hay but what a terrible buying experience!"
