"I love how many options they had, although I found some of the toys they have to be much higher. They are the same prices as other pet stores but I can get toys from Ross for a fraction of the cost. Other things I found to be very fairly priced."

She was so informative and knowledgeable and respectful of the animals ' needs. Very happy to see clean cages and a manager that is in a position to manage and was a great fit!!"

"I had been trying to get feeder goldfish for weeks, and nobody had them when I made that long trip. (It is 2 hours round trip to get to Ocala and back home again.) I called Petco first, they had none. Called Petsmart, and after 6 minutes of ringing on hold for the small animal & fish department, I hung up. Pet Supermarket answered right away, and said they had them. I get there, and the new store was beautiful, tanks were pristine, and healthy looking new arrivals were floating in bags. Not only did they have feeder goldfish, but they had a new shipment of them (before they even ran out). I got them and some super active looking Florida crayfish, because they were $3.99 each, instead of $29.99 each for the blue ones. The crayfish started feeding the second they touched down, and the goldfish were zooming all over the tank. I just wish they weren't the farthest pet shop from me, but by far, shamed the other chain stores. I was in & out within 5 minutes, and if I went to the other stores, I'd still be wandering the store looking for help (if they even had what I needed). 11/28 Update: The next day the goldfish had white ick spots, and there is only 1 left out of 30 that I purchased. I couldn't medicate the tank with the crayfish in it, so I'll have get more when the illness has cleared, but I will go back."

"Free parking handicap parking not handicap friendly when you enter the building. Was clean and well organized. Also was greeted my employees very sweet young lady. Had got what we wanted for our dog. Had birds . Lizards. Spiders. And fish some of the fish where died ."
