Wawa

"This store was pretty dirty and seemed a bit unorganized. The bathrooms were dirty. The air dryer in the bathroom didn’t work and there weren’t any paper towels in the restroom. The napkin holders in the store were empty. The trays that hold mustard packets, mayo packets, etc was mostly empty. The service wasn’t very friendly either. I heard a customer or another employee (I couldn’t see her) ask an employee for assistance. I heard the short Hispanic female employee wearing a bright yellow vest shout to the customer or fellow co-worker “I’m busy doing garbage. Can’t you see that?” I was floored by this lack of professionalism. There were 11 customers waiting on food and/or drink orders to be filled. I’m not sure if more employees is the answer or more efficient service from the current ones is the answer but I have always been a Wawa fan and this store was definitely disappointing. Perhaps it was just a bad day."

"Took forever to get my order, waited 20 minutes total. I asked for a something simple (some cheese in a cup with my order). I was told no I would have to reorder after I already spent 20 + bucks on food. You might as well go to a fast food place. Terrible service."

"This Wawa has been a regular stop for us since they opened— good food, friendly service. Recently, however we’ve found the bathrooms in rough condition and with no soap in the dispensers… and when we asked the staff, no alternative was offered. We can’t eat in a place where we can’t wash our hands, and where the employees likely can’t, either."

"Can’t never go wrong with stopping at Wawa. They have great snacks and the place is always clean. They also have enough pumps so you never have to wait. They also have a little section where you can sit and eat. Great place to stop while you travel on the road."
