"They have a lot of my Latin spices and needs. Customer service is no good though, cashiers are not friendly, AT ALL. Been here over 5x and experienced same type of customer service , even when you ask for something, they just say idk, walk away like they don't hear you or just point. Other than rude employees I would've gave you 5 stars."

"Lots of things here that you don't find at Walmart or Publix (non-American food) and probably the most comprehensive meat section in Ocala. Great prices on the meat, which is great because I mostly feed it to my cats. Some of the prices for canned goods are outrageous, but I just get those things elsewhere. The hot food at the deli is AMAZING, very authentic."

"I have shopped at this store since it was Bravo. A few weeks ago, shop was busy with shoppers of every nationality. I picked up my items including meats. A lot of their foods are organic, so you need to cook them asap. What I bought, I thought maybe cost abt $110, to my astonishment it was just under $80. On my way out the door I thanked the Manager for the great shopping experience we have there. I asked how was his meats much less in price than the other supermarkets in our area. He said this "Every grocer goes to the meat convention. The more you buy, the less it cost. He buys for a year, then it's delivered as he needs it. So everything is fresh. He also said he passes some of that discount on to the customers" Finally, they have a great deli of home cooked food you can take home. NO fast foods are served at the deli. I did tell him I would post my Key experience. One final note: They have the best grocery bags.Their big & strong enough to hold larger grocery items. Other grocery shores bags are too small and Flimsy."

"This store is fantastic! I was shopping here for the first time today & I was impressed with the vast selection of products all at good prices. This store offers tons of products that are not sold at other stores like Walmart. The location was very busy, still all crew members were professional and friendly. It was easy to check out and the parking lot has plenty of spots to park. Overall I had a very pleasant experience & will return again. Stay Frosty, FNHUSA57"
