"Went to this Walmart to get tires changed. Drove from Gainesville because walmart near me has tire department closed due to corona. I was told I had to put tires at a walmart for warranty. I drove there (45min drive) and they tell me tire shop closing early because they are low on staff. I asked to speak with manager to ask if they can help me out by squeezing me in due to drive and how is anyone suppose to know they are closing early. He said there is nothing he can do. I called another walmart and they said the tire department was closing early too? We called another walmart and other manager was able to squeeze me in. It was another 30min drive. I finally got my tires changed. They did not offer any compensation for the mess even though I was doing all that driving when I believe the first walmart could have just squeezed me in. They should have honored the normal closing time. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Gave 2 stars because first manager at least called another store to see if tire department was open."
