"I am handicapped and sent my son to pick up mypfescriptions. When he arrived they asked him for the address they have on file for me in Virginia. I haven’t lived in Virginia for 14 years! He didn’t know which address they had. Turns out it was my sister-in-laws address. Who would have guessed! I must have filled a prescription while I was visiting her years ago! They refused to give my son my prescriptions! When he got home, I called the pharmacy. I have been getting my meds there since Winn Dixie closed months ago. Apparently they can’t figure out to look at the WinnDixie prescriptions for the current information instead picking up a 10+ year old re or of one purchase I have been getting my prescriptions there for mo the and they still can’t figure out that I live in Dunnellon! Every time i get a prescription filled the line is long and slow a sometimes they don’t even give all the prescriptions by accident. Overall the pharmacy service is terrible! Go somewhere else!"

"Valerie in the pharmacy window is the slowest woman I have ever seen. While at window she emptied four bags of medications before speaking to me. Her mike was on the entire time and the crumpling sounds from the bags were very loud and annoying. Every time she is at the window the service is extremely slow."

"All these recent negative reviews about this pharmacy are ridiculous. The Walgreens here in Dunnellon literally just took on all of Winn Dixie's patients. On top of the huge influx of patients, it's also flu season, which is going to make your wait time for prescriptions go up. These girls are trying their hardest to provide the care we all deserve. I'm sure they could use some extra help. Instead of complaining, maybe put in an application. I love this pharmacy! Keep rocking it, girls!"

"This store is poorly staffed and wait times are unacceptable. Waited over 20 minutes to speak to a manager with more than 3 callers in front of me. Clearly this store is not interested or able to provide any type of acceptable service. Asked to speak with a pharmacist and i got a technician"
