"I have lived in many states due to my career and I can honestly say, this CVS has to be the slowest and poor attitude. I literally waited in the drive thru 28 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. When it was my turn the lady at the window seemed confused and had no sense of direction."

"There's always a long line and wait at the pharmacy. You can't call ahead bc no one will answer. They've told me contradictory info at least twice. The customer service is mediocre at best."

"We have a diabetic dog & he needs insulin shots twice a day. My boyfriend usually gets his insulin from Walmart because it’s most affordable and there are no issues, but the needles come from anywhere convenient. This CVS is approx 5 mins from our house, but when he stopped in to get them, they refused to sell them to him. The cashier was prepared to ring him up, but the Pharmacist said “umm yeah, we usually don’t sell needles unless you get the insulin from us.” So sometimes you do, but just not to him? No one wants to buy diabetic supplies, why make it harder than necessary for no reason? He promptly went across the street to their competitors and had NO problems getting what he needed. No more CVS for us."
