"Dropped mower off for a simple belt change that would've taken an hour to replace only for them to tell me they haven't even looked at it after a week. If you're looking for expedience, this isn't the place, they are SLOW and if you happen to run a landscaping business they will cost you A TON of business. I would give zero stars if I could, this place is so slow its ridiculous. Will never set foot in this place again and will advise everyone I know as well not to."

"They do good work - if you don't mind a dose of attitude. Be prepared to have your equipment's EXACT model and serial number before asking for a part. I called on a Saturday asking what turnaround time would be on a general service (oil & blade change, adjust, etc). The lady on the phone was just plain rude. She couldn't/wouldn't tell me. Service manager off. What? No one can look at the schedule and give me an approximation? Today, I called asking about blades. Another dose of attitude. To h*** with them. I like buying locally. But I'm ordering from Amazon."
