"First time in this one. Needed a gas cap and it was the first auto parts store I came to. I think I scared the hell out of the guys working there because they were cool and let me check to make sure the one they had would fit my car before buying so we didnt have to do a return. I must have scared them because when I went back inside two of them were walking back from the door like they were trying to make it not seem like they were seeing if I drove off. Like I am going to chance going to jail for a $13 part. Any way, good purchase. Would go there again."
"Three stars because I have had good experiences at other locations. I am a woman. I am military. I work on my vehicles. It is very rude to ask the man ahead of me in line if he is military, veteran, or emergency services for the store discount and not ask the same to a woman. I've been in 12 years and I've been enjoying using my discount when I'm purchasing upkeep and repair supplies. That I had to request what was offered to the person ahead of me was frustrating. My previous experiences at other locations have been amazing. I got to know many employees in Virginia by name because I've been doing repairs on my own vehicles since I was 18."
