"Lisa is the rudest, callous, most unprofessional store manager. On December 23, my elderly grandmother (who is 97 years young) approached Lisa for help finding children’s allergy medicine that she needed for a neighbors child that she was babysitting. Since she no longer has children living in home, she didn’t know where to find this. Lisa, gave no greeting whatsoever , mumbled a vague direction, offering no assistance in guiding her to the right aisle. My grandmother attempted to find the medicine herself, only to discover that the aisle Lisa had mentioned was incorrect. Then, in the checkout line, Lisa approached my grandmother, and told her that she needed to move faster because she was holding up the line. I understand that being two days before the holiday the store was very busy, but My grandmother is elderly and was moving as fast as she could. It’s absolutely terrible that an elderly person who just needed to pick up medicine for another person is belated and embarrassed by any store manager. Going to Publix just to get things that are needed for daily living that are basic needs should not be such an unpleasant, horrible experience, but Lisa made it this way."

"I usually love Publix, but this is the first time I came to this one. Most of the staff were nice and usually have no trouble greeting me, but I chose to come in a few days ago and went to the check out lanes. The employee Ava was very inconsiderate, she did not greet me, ask me any customer service questions, and very dismissive. She kept talking to coworkers during the checkout and complaining. I felt very uncomfortable and ignored. I hope to see better because I do love publix , and the interaction was like none before. Very inappropriate behavior."
