"I placed my order. I gave my name. I sat down and waited for my name to be called. If you haven't been a customer and this is new to you, they place your drink at the end of the counter. Customers than touch the cups trying to figure out which drink is theirs. In my case, someone had grabbed my drink and walked off with it. After a while not hearing my name called, I walked up and asked if my name was called? The employee said ( no ). I waited for a while longer. Than discovered what happened when there were no more orders and I was still waiting. The system doesn't work. Don't ask for a name, give order numbers and call them out loud. Stop having 4 people touching my order just to have it taken. 6$ it to much to pay for stupidity."
"Do not dine in if you want a fast order. They prioritize online orders and drive through versus dining in. Waited over 20 minutes for my order while watching one car after another car drive in and leave while i waited. In the future, I will just use the drive-through."
