"I have been a patient of Shannan Victorino at Evolution Psychiatry since March 2022. I have been disappointed time and time again with her ability to fill my prescription and her conduct towards me. She has been unprofessional in that she will not fill my prescription as she said she would during our appointments ,or sends the prescription to a pharmacy hours away from where I live, and she has refused to rectify this issue with me. I have written text messages to and from her every single time she has messed up my prescription, which has been every single month since March of 2022 with the exception of 2 months. I am currently in medical school right now, and I have done my clinical rotations in psychiatry, thus when I see this behavior I know it is unacceptable. She has been denying to fill my prescription as should be prescribed, and as I have been taking it for the last 10 years. Her negligence has impacted my life severely, I have failed exams in school since I have been under Shannan Victorino's care. Every month it is a fight with her to send the correct medications, and to the correct pharmacy, despite repeatedly telling her during our meetings where to send the medication, and also written texts as to where to send them and she still sent them to wrong locations or never sent them at all. Then she would get mad at me for asking her to send it to the correct location, because she said I was being too demanding.... I dont beleive it is demanding to request her to send my medication again when the pharmacy never received it in the first place, rather she is gaslighting me and denying her shortcomings. There has been several occasions she has told me she sent the medications and the pharmacy has not received them. When I contacted her about the prescription not being received by the pharmacy she would insist that she sent them and I should call the pharmacy over and over again to verify if they had it; instead of just looking in her computer to see if it was sent. I would end up wasting my time calling the pharmacy over and over, and them telling me the same thing, that they don't have it. Finally, after telling Shannan that the pharmacy has repetitively told me they do not have it she would send it in, usually leaving me days or weeks without my medication. But now its to the point she is refusing to send it in. I have not received any form of apology from Shannan about her shortcomings, and more so she has threatened me with not filling my medications. I really hope Evolution Psychiatry can rectify the issue for their group and for the patients' sake. Everything I have stated above is documented in the texts between myself and her personal or work number, as well as recorded video appointments. Also, she has been charging me for 30minute 45minutes and 1 hour sessions when our sessions typically last less the 5 minutes."
