They scheduled me with a nurse practitioner first, then fumbled my follow up and blamed me. To make matters worse, they set me up for therapy and when I showed up, they told me the person I was there to see wasn't in office. They then took me to a room with an iPad, where the therapist sitting on her couch in orlando told me she wouldnt be able to get me an in-person therapist. I walked out."
