"Well, I tried. I was sent here by my insurance, I should have known then. I think all but two times, I sat in the link to session until I finally read loses no one was coming. I was required to move the times and days around often, and sometimes the session was just cancelled, of course Dr. Malcom doesn’t tell you this, just leaves you there. He will put you on hold in the middle of talking to take a call or answer a text, the entire experience, you feel like an imposition. I wouldn’t recommend, especially if you’re in a bad spot and depending on help like I was, he will not be there, and if he is he’s “stressed”… exact quote."
