"Their schedulers cancelled my appointment that I had been waiting literal months for and cited unresponsiveness on my part as the reason why. They stated they contacted me on multiple occasions but there is not a single record of any contact from their office beyond our initial email. They never once communicated with me beyond the initial call and email but canceled my appointment anyways and then sought to blame me for it in writing. I am so grateful I did not trust this office with any more sensitive information than I already did to make the appointment, as this does not at all feel trustworthy or safe to me. I have never seen a medical practice that operates this way personally or professionally and I quite literally work in healthcare scheduling. I wish I had booked with any other provider a few months ago - thanks so much for wasting my time. The gaslighting was just the cherry on top."
