"Called the office dozens of times with billing issues and questions and no one can bother themselves to answer the phone. When you go to the office to get things sorted out, you're reminded how filthy the place is and you cannot believe that you would allow yourself to be a patient of this practice and how lucky you are that you didn't just pick up 5-6 bonus illnesses along the way. Most of the time, no one is available even during scheduled and posted hours. It's an absolute nightmare dealing with Dr. Anantkumar Shah and his horrible, disrespectful and unprofessional staff.
