"The doctor and nurse are fine but the office staff are extremely incompetent and rude. Every appointment we've had there has been some kind of issue caused by them, I could go on for a while. The most recent incident being they sent a referral for a PET scan. We were supposed to receive a call from the facility doing the scan but never received a call. Called Koti's office to ask if the referral went through, the lady over the phone was very rude and said yes of course the referral went through. We never received the call but went to the follow up appointment anyway. When we arrived and the receptionist saw the scan wasn't done she gave us attitude and when we tried talking to her she ignored us and began speaking Spanish to someone else. We get taken back and when we speak to the doctor he let's us know that they sent in the referral for the scan to a facility that does not even preform PET scans. How is that even possible? So we went back to the counter to make a new appointment and the woman at check-out made a face at us and made a comment about how the scan/referral ordeal as if it was our fault. They need to hire some people who know what they're doing and who aren't rude to people who are dealing with cancer. It is insane that we are stuck dealing with these people because they're the only ones who take our insurance. Edit: The doctor called my mother and asked her to change this review. I refused to change it and as a result they dropped my mother as a client. I am filing a complaint with the Florida Department of Health."

"We found the phlebotomist, Dr assistant, nurses and rescheduling staff to be very friendly and efficient. Dr. Koti is most understanding and very professional. He takes the time to explain what is going to happen next. My wife and I both see him and he has always been very pleasant."

"From first appointment staff has seemed rude and uncaring. In six months I have seen the doctor twice, I did six weeks of chemotherapy and only saw nurses. Every time I call it goes to voicemail and I leave a message, they have never returned the call.After two Immunotherapy sessions I have developed some side effects, including chest pain, I went from healthy appetite, gaining weight, and more active to not eating much, lost three pounds in a week and all I want to do is sleep. I have called and left messages three times in 24 hours telling them of issues, no response yet. Last message I told them if I can’t get response when I am having problems I will have to get a new doctor…..well today I started that process. There is no empathy, no compassion, no concern for me as a person. Oh, and I have stage three lung cancer and no, I’m not a smoker, I quit in 1979. I only leave one star because I have to in order to leave a review."
