"Please do yourself a favor and go to a different facility. If you come here thinking that you are going to get the help you need, you are wrong. This place will make you loose your mind. They lack coordination they will call you 2 0r 3 hours after your scheduled time. If you missed your call, good luck reaching back to them. They will schedule you whenever and not even tell you. This Place is a hot mess and needs to be shut down.."

"This is the third time in a row that Dr. Asha Davis has failed to send my prescription refill to the pharmacy. Now I am again on the phone, on hold for an hour, just to ask them to send my refill. I take a daily medication that has withdrawals beginning as soon as one day after not taking the medication. This is the third month in a row that I have to spend a few days suffering from withdrawals as I wait for the doctor to send my refill. Dr. Davis, if you’re reading this please send my refill! I’ve been on hold for an hour and I’ll likely not be able to speak to you before my work break is over. Thanks for making my day as stressful as can be. This place is the worst."

"My first time seeking therapy and I am very disappointed. My first session lasted 15 min and they sent me off with medications already. The therapist, Felipe, seemed very disinterested, bland, and unenthusiastic. Was supposed to have a follow up appointment and they changed it without letting me know. I had to call to change it back and then they changed the appointment again the night before the appointment. Called the office and they said they would have someone called me for a virtual appointment later in the day to accommodate the fact they canceled my appointment without me knowing. They never called... Save your time and money. Not only have I experienced the problems as mentioned above, but the facility is very unwelcoming depressing and the whole office is brown and therapy rooms are literally two chairs and a desk. It felt like I was in an interrogation room. I strongly do not recommend."

"Physician is lovely however the administrative end is sub par. Always seem to be going around in circles and its not the staff to be honest. Its the way the practice has been set up to run. It just doesn't work. If I missed a pre screening call the appointment is cancelled. This happened one too many times to me. I asked for weeks to speak to a supervisor and it took over 2 months and my issue was not resolved. I even asked the dr when we were in our appointment to please have a supervisor reach out to me and she said she would. However they never called. This last time they ran my credit card for more than my copay was. I usually pay online or they call me to authorize to take the payment over the phone, ran it and ran it for the incorrect amount. I work in the medical field and would never allow this type of thing to go on for so long."

"Horrible experience. I wish I would have come to read the reviews before trying to get my appointment with Compass, it has been a nightmare!! I cannot believe the level of incompetence and complete disregard of patients. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of anyone, every time you call you get directed to the call center and they don't know anything and can't help you with anything either. I was asked to call a person back to finish up some intake questions, I desperately called multiple times and they always told me the same thing, that there was nothing they could do just to forward a message to the office and that somebody would call me back. They never did! They also said they would escalate because my appointment time was approaching, but nothing happened. I finally got an email with patient portal credentials before my appointment and logged in but the doctor never showed up, I waited for 1 hour after appointment time, and nothing. Not even a message. Then I was told, that it is not through video, that the doctor would call me directly, and that also did not happen. Called them again and asked to talk to a supervisor, and no surprise there... she ALSO wasn't available and they said she will call me back.... This is just unbelievable, how can a health institution have such poor communication and processes in place?!?!"
