"I first met with Dr. Tracy nine years ago when I became engaged to my now-husband. She was invaluable in helping us navigate communication challenges in our relationship, and helped us reach agreement on finances, holidays, family, and living arrangements so that those things would not come up as major sources of conflict in our marriage. Later, we sought her facilitation when we were struggling with some career challenges and opportunities, and she taught us to work as a team and face things together. After that, it was a few years later when we came to her because of a problem we were having with extended family members. And this week, we came to see her because of a problem our child was having in school. At every stage of our lives, Dr. Tracy has been there — not to give advice or solve our problems for us, but to help guide us in identifying what was keeping us from working through things together, and teaching us to roadblocks. Also, she’s good at creating behavior plans for kids! (well, really, for the parents…)"

"I found Dr. Tracy online through Google and saw her positive reviews. However, after our telehealth family counciling visit, I asked Dr. Tracy to send over a summary report of what we discussed. She said ok. I followed up with her a few weeks later after still not receiving a report, no response. I emailed and texted a few other times and she still has yet to follow up with me. Truly unprofessional and not worth the $125/hr I paid to her. Her counciling session was more like her just listening not saying much. Did not really provide much feedback or suggestions. Please if you would like a family councilor, find someone else."

"Dr. Mallett offers a lot in terms of communication. It is the key that I want, to be able to see someone is talking back to me, responding to how I feel. I think, I like to feel as though my words are heard, I'm not looking to be understood, but that, what I'm saying is not falling under deaf ears. I understand that I am stubborn, and things take a while to sink in, but the fact I am being heard, makes a huge difference in continuing to work with her."

Since the first moment she saw me she had this condescending attitide.Tracy acted as a prosecutor treating me like a lier when I was telling my problems with my daughter and my wish to have a good relationship with her and be able to see my grandchildren.This woman has no feelings whatsover,cold as ice. I feel ripped off that she insisted I pay her cash only.. She has no business being a therapist. You need to have a heart and be an understanding person. First and last time I saw her.I spilled my guts out to her for her to stare at me and then tell me pay cash and leave. Don't go to this awful cold woman. Go to real caring professional therapist."
