"I attempted to make an appointment for my boyfriend. I reached for availability, and pricing during the summer of 2022.. unfortunately, soon after we experienced a family, and a pet loss… and moved into a new house. We did not have another opportunity to reach out until now March 2023, to attempt again to make the actual therapy appointment. She stated, “ we ghosted her” and said she would not be willing to see him for therapy. She did not bother to ask why we did not get back in touch with her, and I personally felt she showed no signs of care or empathy . For someone who is highly rated, and stated as professional on the Google reviews I’ve read, I genuinely don’t feel like this was a professional experience, and I am really disappointed. I have good faith that her hypnotherapy therapy could, and would be beyond amazing.. but I guess neither me or my boyfriend will ever know. Good luck."
