"Ms. Cali is the best. My daughter has been attending her speech therapy sessions for a few months now and she has improved so much. She enjoys very much her sessions with Ms. Cali and loves Ms. Cali as well. Ms. Cali is very charismatic, compassionate, creative, patient, caring, smart, loving… so much more I could say about her of how amazing she is as a therapist and person. She really connects with the kids and cares for them. The front desk staff very nice people as well. Best experience related to speech therapy!"

"Great experience! My daughter had an outpatient procedure at Joe DiMaggio Outpatient Center. Every member of the staff made us feel comfortable and at ease. They explained ever step of the way. My daughter was not scared at any point and had a great experience. She even received a toy as a gift to keep her happy while waiting for the procedure. Thank you to all the staff at Joe DiMaggio for they wonderful treatment!"

"Our experience at Joe DiMaggio was okay. The hospital atmosphere and cleanliness was top notch. Although the nursing staff was helpful and courteous…..the general pediatric surgeon seemed cold and unwilling to hear our concerns about a peg tube removal for our son which was not being used. He refused to remove the peg tube without first scheduling for an office consultation and another appointment for removal after 6 months. This surgeon made our overall experience less than pleasant. The neurology group Dr Arroyo was very pleasant and went above and beyond answering questions we had pertaining to our son’s incident."

"We went on a weekday evening. It was pretty empty. Nevertheless the care we received was excellent. +1 star for short wait. I realise this might be because of the time we arrived, but we were in and out in about 90 minutes, so I consider this quick even for an empty ER. +1 star for attentive and friendly staff. No judgment from anyone. Everyone respected our choices as parents and were very nice to us. +1 for excellent care and taking the time to explain everything regarding the treatment plan. Even when expressing our concerns and wishes we were reassured and explained everything we needed to, in order to receive an informed decision that we are happy with. +1 for flexibility and cooperation with our family's (and especially our child's) needs. +1 star for a pleasant and clean environment. A hospital can be a scary place, and this one manages to look both cozy and professional at the same time. I find it a bit weird to recommend a hospital, or even review it like it's a restaurant or a movie theatre, but in case your child needs to go to the ER-we rate this visit 5/5."

"This was the absolute BEST experience we’ve had with a pediatric facility! From the moment we pulled in to a complimentary valet parking. Greeted by a friendly staff from the moment we walked in. Given the proper direction on where to go. The entire staff was overly professional! We literally had no questions that weren’t answered prior to us even asking. Everyone was super thorough to make sure they had the correct information. They even kept us informed and up to date on the entire process and procedure through text messaging. They had toys for the babies to choose from which we thought was a very nice touch. Also, thank you for the beautiful emotional support dog Freedom to keep the parents calm. Even the food in the restaurant was tasty! Overall absolute great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a pediatric hospital with superior hospitality. Great job everyone!"
