"Trying to get an appointment for weeks every time I am due I get a call that they don't have any information. Even though I talked to the office manager who assured me that everything was ready. Now they tell me they don't have my authorization to go there. Always something last time it was the referral, then the prescription and now the authorization. Even though they assured me they had everything the last time I talked to them Runaway go somewhere else the aggravation it's not worth it!!!!"

"Received a bill and I dont know who this place is. No voicemail and cant even pay bill online. Website is not coming up. Scam?? Not paying until I know if this is legit."

"They overcharged me, and if I don't call months later I don't realize that they owe me money back, I have called and called and they have made fun of me because they tell me that they are going to send it and I keep waiting, there is no one to take responsibility neither in the morning nor in the afternoon and they keep telling me that they are going to send me the payment and still nothing."

"Terrible business practice. They keep moving around, or canceling, appointments last minute. I spoke to the Scheduling Manager and she assured me that the technician was going to wait for me. On the day of the appointment, I received a phone call 1 hour before the scheduled time. They told me that the technician was leaving earlier than what they told me, and that the equipment necessary to do the other screening, broke. Something they have been telling me for the past couple of months but that was supposedly fixed last time they rescheduled me. I am very frustrated. I don't think I'll be going back to that place."

"my experience was quite wonderful. I arrived at 10:55 for an 11am C-Scan. Being my first time doing a C-Scan i was a bit nervous. But Annie, the C-Scan radiologist was able to put me at ease. I went thru this big donut hole of a machine and was done in 5 minutes. I have to say that Annie made me relax and im so grateful for that. I was out of there and back in my car by 11:15..amazing"
