If you want to make any effort in saving your relationship, I recommend you look elsewhere. Elizabeth scheduled my first one on one meeting with and I asked if I can reschedule since I didn't have zoom on my laptop but I didn't tell her that because I felt it's something she didn't have to know. Elizabeth responded saying "you don't trust me." and then chose not to reschedule any other sessions and canceled all the sessions my significant other paid for and no mention of refunding her money. I already had a feeling this lady was going to be a problem after she didn't want to admit that the problem we were having is that we were a long distance relationship. When I brought this up she ignored it and wanted to elaborate on waste more time on our one hour session. I feel bad for my wife because she's a trusting person and didn't understand what was happening. She then called my wife and said I turned down the therapy sessions which was a complete lie. This is where I asked my wife to do three way call with and she admitted she's the one that canceled everything and changed the reason why. This is worst women you can possibly go to. Finally, On a google search, I noticed she is using Florida License MH15776 which is the same License number being used by Claudia C Guell Ramirez, BS. This is the type of person that should be under investigation for fraud. The address listed below is not even her address as she told us she was living in Fort Lauderdale. I hope one day the authorities can investigate and prosecute such people who prey on the innocent and sensitive relationships of good hearted people. I called and the first thing she asks is "are you going to pay cash or insurance". She doesn't seem to care for the patient only cares about the money. Note polite. The only reason why I even considered moving forward with an appointment is because I'm in a time constraint. She told me she was an in-network provider then told me in another call she was not.
