"Horrible counselor. She is only out to make money off of you and does not personally invest in you as a patient. This goes to the extent that every single appointment, nearly half of the time was spent reminding her of the issues we as a couple were seeing her for - and hashing out the same discussions because she didn't remember or review her notes. Secondly, even if we had a reoccuring appointment - at times if we had to adjust the time or needed an added appointment there would be 'special' costs that would incur. For instance, I had to pay several times for the use of a different office in her practice for us to meet at a different time because hers was unavailable... passing the cost off to us for something I'd assume was covered in her normal fee. She didn't help us in any meaningful way over nearly 2 years because of the lack of investment, or even awareness of us week over week which made seeing her nothing short of a waste of time. Avoid Natalie at all costs, shes not good for your relationship help (if thats what you're seeing her for). She's not professional, and is out to get you only for your money."
