"I came to Apollo Rehab on referral from my podiatrist after getting fed up with pain in both my ankles that persisted for almost a decade. I was able to make an appointment for evaluation quickly and easily. The facility is always kept clean which is important to me. I had an honest, plain english discussion with Mr Reid my first visit. I received a simple home work out plan with pictures as well as basic equipment to take home. I was also regularly seen by Mr Steve and Miss Andrea and they were always polite but pushed me to do better. Over 2 1/2 months I would say I have improved almost 100% in terms of pain and frequency of episodes. It has greatly improved my quality of life and mental health. I really wish I would have come sooner if I would have known it would be so easy. Thank you so much everyone!!"
