She knows what she is doing, and combines exercise, physical manipulation with her hands, latest treatments (Tens, infrared, ultrasound), and appropriate heat or cold treatment. After 5 appointments I am so much better. Add to that, she has a warm and caring personality, and promotes a friendly atmosphere in the office. Gemma Banez is the best."
